Yesterday, the declaration of intent was signed for the creation of the Africa Sports Club at the Sport Impact Summit in Dakar organized by Sport Impact. France Sport Expertise, represented by managing director Paul Guiraud, and several member businesses, all signed the agreement at the Amélie Oudéa-Castéra Ministry of Sport.
Signatories recognized the power of sport as a tool for human development that promotes health, education, social integration and economic development, and made a commitment to promote sporting values such as fair play, respect, equality, discipline and solidarity.
After China, Japan and Qatar, the creation of the Africa Sports Club is part of a strategy to roll out the French branch of the sport economy abroad and promotes collaboration between African and French businesses and the sports community.
