Before responding to invitations to tender, we need to work upstream and find out, depending on the market, what kind of international competition we’re up against. First of all, do we face competition from private companies or from governments? Sometimes, we have both, and so GIE France Sport Expertise always tries to create consortiums between its members whenever possible on a given market.
