Although the summer was particularly busy with the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the EIG France Sport Expertise was able to take advantage of this exceptional exposure to strengthen its media presence. The EIG appeared three times in the media, notably on BFM Business. Three interviews were devoted to Olivier Ginon, Chairman of GL events and Vice-Chairman of the Filière Sport, Paul Guiraud, CEO of the EIG and Isabelle Klein corporate Sales & Marketing director of Sofinor and Bertrand Avignon, Chairman of Cryo Control.
The first interview was with Isabelle Klein and Paul Guiraud. ‘Proud to represent French expertise’, said Isabelle Klein. The interview highlighted the challenges faced by French companies, which have contributed to the success of the Games while meeting the ambitious objectives of a green and socially responsible Games.
Olivier Ginon, Chairman of GL Events, also took the floor in a second key interview. He stated that ‘all our services are ephemeral and sustainable’, illustrating his company’s innovative approach. GL Events has won several key contracts for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Finally, Bertrand Avignon, Chairman of Cryo Control, highlighted his company’s technological advances in a third interview. ‘We’re as committed to CSR as we are to performance,’ he said. Cryo Control has not only installed around a hundred pools for the 2024 Olympic Games, but has also improved its cold bath technologies to reduce energy costs, demonstrating a strong commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
We would also like to congratulate our member Eventeam, which was awarded the Trophée des ETI in the sports economy category last July. The trophy was presented by another EIG member, Bertrand Picard, founder and chairman of Natural Grass. Natural Grass was the first winner of this award from Banque Palatine.
